About

Hi, I’m Savannah Payne, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#129907) that specializes in working with young children under 5.  I love working with children and adolescents of all ages, as well as adults to help them reach their own identified goals. I have received significant training in trauma-informed treatment, early childhood intervention, and parenting strategies. I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and perfectionism.

As a therapist, I focus on creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative to ensure that your hopes and goals for treatment are being met. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a place to practice advocating for yourself, expressing your emotions, and learning to accept who you are at the core while also dealing with the parts of yourself that are causing hurt to yourself or others. When working with children, I view the child’s adults as an integral part of treatment because children cannot make changes on their own, they need their adults to work together to help them make those necessary changes to better their behavior. We will work together to find the things that work best for your family, so you can have less hard times and more fun times together!

I cannot wait to meet and get to know you!
